Exciting News #2

Wow, my last post announcing an exciting announcement fueled much speculation among those who read my blog.  My inbox runneth over.

I suppose exciting news would be a more appropriate term than exciting announcement.  You already know we are having a baby, what else is there?

Well, another recent development is that I got my degree!!  Yes, I already had a degree, but this time I got my Bachelor's in Business Management!  I am so thrilled that after all these years in school I have at long last completed my bachelor's degree!!

(Name intentionally blacked out so the looneys on the internet can't track me down)

I got my degree the same week that we found out that we are having a baby.  As excited as I was, the whole baby thing made me forget pretty quickly.  I managed to tell my dad and my grandma, but not too many people beyond that.  The whole thing passed without much fanfare because I attended an online school and the graduation ceremony is being held in Salt Lake City, which I decided to skip.

I ended up going to Western Governor's University which I discovered after my friend Amanda read about it in Time magazine.  The article was called "The Best Online School You've Probably Never Heard Of."  I would say that is accurate on all counts.  One of these days (here I go with the procrastination and excuses again) I will get around to writing about my WGU experience.  Something that, in retrospect, I probably should have done while I was still taking classes, not now when baby brain is causing me to forget minor details.

So long story short, that's my news!  Aren't you proud of me?  ;)

Congratulations, that is a great accomplishment! I'm impressed, I was betting on twins being the news-- a degree is better; twins are a lot of work!,
